ORGANIZATION PLAN
Organization plan is the process of identifying an organization’s immediate and long term objectives and formulating and monitoring specific strategies to achieve them.
a)      MANAGEMENT TERM
I am going to work with seven people as a team work which will be operated as a sole proprietor organization, these people are;
1st person is ........................  who is the owner of the business; I will be monitor and control all the activities of the organization in general. I don’t have experience in this business so through my team work will help me as some of them are expert in this kind of business.
2nd person is ……………… who is an Auditor, he will be responsible to maintain the books of accounts by record keeping of each activity that takes place which involve cash transactions.
3rd person is …………… who is an accountant; he will be responsible to assist an auditor to perform his task in all aspects.
4th person is …………… who is an Agriculture officer, he will be responsible to construct proper irrigation scheme, economic use and storage of water also on how to combact animal diseases and save on the cost of farming equipments and procedures lastly to provide education on this kind of agriculture to of this people.
5th person is ……………… who is procurement officer, he will be responsible for purchasing of raw materials with low prices, find competitive supply of raw materials also often works with organizational financial services department to verify payment and to confirm delivery of goods and completion services.
6th person is ……………… who is a market officer, he will be responsible to plan reasonable prices to the customers, also to look for the customer in the market and advertise the service in the market and to take the service to the market for sales.
7th person is ……………… who will be assistant market officer, he will be responsible to assist the market officer in all the activities also to perform all the work of the market officer on behalf if he is absent in the work.
b)      OTHIS EMPLOYEE
Of this employee/staff will be 4 who will also work in my organization whise by one of them will be security officer of the area of business, 2 of them will be doing physical activities like planting the seeds, harvesting also maintain the cleanness of the greenhouse and lastly will be the one who will watch the daily activity to the site/green house.
1st person is …………… who is a security officer; he will be responsible for maintenance of the security also sometimes to assist those who work in the house some of the activities if they need his help.
2nd and 3rd people are ……….. and ……………… who are casual labour, they are responsible for all the activities in the greenhouse this involved cleanness, cutting and handling material.
4th person is ……………. who is PS  of the  company , he/he is responsible of taking care of  the office duties  from time to time as decrypted.
C) BOARD OF DIRECTOR

The following are the member of the organize role and who are they in the organization;
a.      CHAIRPERSON
................... he is the owner of the business his role is to make sure that every activity is moving smoothly as planned and also to support of this stuffs in performing their duties.
b)    DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE
 ………… and …………. who are an accountant  whise by their responsibility is to deals with all cash transaction in the organizations and also to keeps records of each activities that took place throughout the year and at the end to prepare the report of the activities that took place.
c)     DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
 ……………… who is an Agriculture officer, who is responsible to provides some advices concern with agriculture activities and construct proper irrigation scheme economic use and storage of water but also how to combact animal disease, save on the cost of farming equipment and procedures.
d)    DEPARTMENT OF PROCUREMENT
…………a procurement officer, he is responsible for purchasing of the raw materials with reasonable/low price and looks for competent supplier of raw materials who is selling his/his raw materials with the price that we want and those raw materials ha the quality that we want.


e)     DEPARTMENT OF MARKETING
…………….and ………… who are the market officer, they are responsible to look for the market, whise to sale the service setting reasonable price for selling services  to their customers which can be affordable to all people also plan on how they will win over their competitors.
f)      SUPPORTING STAFFS
……………., ………………, ………… and ………… they are supporting staffs of the business, they are responsible for performing physical activities of the business like security, and taking care of plants in the greenhouse.
